Not a rival to the Burj Khalifa height experience; a different, cheaper idea. The frame's whole concept is the contrast — you literally stand between old and new Dubai. Best done as an add-on to an Old Dubai morning rather than a destination in itself. If you want raw height, book a tower; if you want the clever view and a smaller bill, book this.
